The procedure to follow in making a claim is set out below.

• The declaration you made to the port authorities,
  
• A detailed statement of the facts showing the date, the place and the exact circumstances of the incident with an explanatory sketch,
  
• A copy of your boat’s documents,
  
• A copy of your driving licence,
• Photos of the damage,
• The location of the boat.
  

The sooner we receive this information, the sooner we will be able to take the appropriate action.

Important

A quote for repairs is essential for us to appoint an expert, if this is required. 

You are reminded that you must not undertake any repairs without our agreement.

However, it is your duty to take all protective measures immediately after the event to limit the amount of damage.
